Meet the Arrowhead Behavioral Health Staff

Kenneth Adler, MD – Medical Director
Dr. Adler has been a member of the medical staff at Arrowhead Behavioral Health since Adler1999.  Dr. Adler has served as Medical Director at Arrowhead Behavioral Health since 2010.  Dr. Adler received his medical degree from Medical College of Ohio at Toledo.  Upon completion of his medical degree, he did a Psychiatric residency at Mercy College of Ohio in Toledo, and a Family Practice residency at Flower Hospital in Toledo.  He also completed a Psychiatric Fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Medical College of Ohio at Toledo. He has been in private practice for many years and continues to serve the Toledo metro-area.

Habeeb Arar, MD – Psychiatrist
Dr. Arar has been a member of the medical staff at Arrowhead Behavioral Health since Arar2013.  Dr. Arar is certified with the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. He received his medical degree from the University of Basra in Iraq and completed his Psychiatry residency at the University of Toledo where he received the Chief Resident Award in Psychiatry for his outstanding performance.  He was also honored with the Outstanding Resident Service Award for Psychiatry and First Place Award for superior achievement in resident research.  Dr. Arar is currently an assistant professor in psychiatry at the University of Toledo.  He maintains a private practice in Toledo called Success & Wellness Associates.
Randy Climo, DPM, MD – Family Medicine
Dr. Climo has been a member of the medical staff at Arrowhead Behavioral Health since Climo pic2010.  Dr. Climo completed medical school at the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, OH and at Ross University School of Medicine in New York, NY/Roseau, Dominica.  He completed his family practice internship at the Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Quincy IL.  Dr. Climo completed his family practice residency at Oakwood Hospital, Dearborn, MI.  Dr. Climo has served as Medical Director at Riverside Urgent Care, Physicians of The Healthy Senior, and currently at Concord Care Center and Erie West Hospice, all of Toledo, OH.
Christine Ellis, MD – Family Practice
Dr. Ellis has been a member of the medical staff at Arrowhead Behavioral Health since Ellis pic2006.  Dr. Ellis completed medical school at the Medical College of Ohio, Toledo, OH.  She completed her internship in internal medicine at the Medical College of Ohio.  Dr. Ellis completed her family practice residency at Flower Memorial Hospital, Sylvania, OH.  She is also certified in Family Practice, Geriatric Medicine and Addiction Medicine.  Dr. Ellis is on staff at Mercy St. Anne’s Hospital and Mercy St. Vincent’s Hospital both in Toledo, OH and Flower Hospital, Sylvania, OH.  Dr. Ellis also maintains a private practice in family medicine.
Liz Haubert, CTRS
Liz completed her 12 week internship at Arrowhead in 2011, and joined the team shortly Liz Hafter. Prior to beginning her practice at ABH, she was in school full-time and completed 5 clinical rotations at various facilities. Upon graduation, she passed her national certification exam through the National Council for Therapeutic Recreation Certification and obtained her Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist licensure. At Arrowhead, Liz is able to work with a variety of individuals and assist them in highlighting their strengths to improve their areas of limitation. She feels she is fortunate to be able to introduce patients to new concepts and techniques that they can use to enhance their recovery process and manage everyday struggles.
Bruce Boger, LSW
Bruce has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and has been a licensed social worker since Bruce B1998. He has worked in the area of mental health for 23 years and will celebrate his one year anniversary at ABH in July. Over the past 15 years Bruce has focused his practice on dual diagnosis and substance abuse treatment programs.  He has worked on both inpatient and outpatient units.  Bruce loves to see the changes that take place in his client’s lives when they are given the opportunity to succeed.  He often hears how the care and support offered at Arrowhead has saved their lives, their marriages and sometimes their sanity.
Rob Meiers, BA, CDCARob M
Rob, an IOP Therapist, has been working at Arrowhead Behavioral Health for 17 years and has worked in the Mental Health and Substance Abuse field for more than 20 years.  He feels that every day is a new opportunity to make a difference in the lives of his patients.
Kristen Chambers, MSW, LSW, LICDC
Kristen is the Chemical Dependency Partial Hospitalization Therapist. She has been Chambersworking at Arrowhead Behavioral Health since June 2013. Prior to her current role, she spent a year as an Addiction Counselor at a Substance Abuse Agency, a year as a Social Worker at the Dayton VA Medical Center and 3 years as a Direct Service Team Leader for a Treatment Foster Care Program. Being able to provide encouragement and support to her patients while seeing them improve their lives is very fulfilling for Kristen. She feels that ABH provides a therapeutic, positive environment and the staff here are compassionate.
Bobbi Constantinoff, LPN
Bobbi Bobbi has been at Arrowhead Behavioral Health since September 2010. She has been a nurse since 2008 and works specifically with opioid addicts by managing the Suboxone Maintenance Clinic since 2011.   The most rewarding part of her job is watching someone grow and flourish in their recovery. She feels that it is always a bonus when a client thanks you for having an impact or making a difference in their lives.
Anita Zych, MSRN, CARN, 
Anita is the Director of Nursing and worked in the areas of Psychiatric or Substance Abuse for over for 30 years. She will celebrate her one year anniversary at ABH in July.Zych
Anita has been inducted into Sigma Theta Tau, the International Honor society of Nursing and has been active in Addictions Nursing & the National organization (International Nurses Society on Addictions) since 1984. She was a chapter president in New York from 1992-1994 and holds a credential as a Certified Addictions Registered Nurse (CARN) since 1994. Anita maintains a position of affiliate Faculty at SUNY Stony Brook, where she taught clinical in the psychiatric/substance abuse rotation & lectured on addictions in the undergraduate program. She also served as preceptor to graduate students in the psychiatric master’s program at SUNY Stony Brook. Anita feels Arrowhead is big enough to offer an array of services yet small enough that she can get to know the patients. Even as a Director, she has the opportunity to run a group on occasion and talk with patients individually and hopes to make a difference in someone’s life.
Erin Carroll, MSW, LISW-S
EashErin is the Mental Health Partial Hospitalization Therapist and is a recent addition to the Arrowhead Behavioral Health team. In her previous positions she has worked as a Case Manager for the Severe and Persistently Mentally Ill, children and adults who have experienced trauma and individuals who are developmentally delayed.  She is excited to be at ABH and feels that staff provides service that goes above and beyond other facilities in the area and they are knowledgeable in their fields and definitely put patients first!
Kirsten Fogle, LISW-S
FogleKirsten is the Director of Clinical Services at Arrowhead Behavioral Health (ABH).  She has been working at ABH since September 2009, in several departments. She was an IOP therapist, an inpatient therapist, and worked in the assessment department, before her promotion to the Clinical Director in March of 2014.  She has her Masters in Social Work and is independently licensed with a supervision designation.  Currently, she is supervising 3 employees for their independent licenses.  Prior to Arrowhead, Kirsten has worked with the homeless population and provided individual mental health therapy.  She feels the success of Arrowhead’s patients is extremely rewarding.  Recovery has many ups and downs, and to be able to be there for the entire journey is amazing.  Our staff is extremely dedicated to the well-being of our patients.
